Professional Certification Programs

eLearning Innovations offers two certification programs:

CDLI - Certified Distance Learning Instructor
CDLA - Certified Distance Learning Administrator

These programs are designed to recognize instructors and administrators who have reached a unique professional level of achievement. An individual can complete this challenging process to receive recognition as a highly capable, well-qualified distance educator. The designation of Certified Distance Learning Instructor or Certified Distance Learning Administrator is recognized as a sign of achievement and competence. The Programs provide more than ordinary reassurance of professional quality services.

The CDL designation is awarded to those who have passed a rigorous process that tests and exhibits the competency of experienced professionals in the distance learning field. Candidates for certification must attain the prescribed instructional or adminstrative hours, have completed the core curriculum courses, and earned the required eligibility points.

As teaching professionals we understand the importance of offering a continuing education program where you can earn Continuing Education Credits (CEUs). At the Institute you can earn CEUs, through Texas A&M University-Commerce. CEUs are earned when you:

1. Complete a recognized continuing
education course at the Institute

2. Submit the course information
to Texas A&M-Commerce

3. Texas A&M-Commerce will review
the information and send you the CEU's
